Terms and Conditions

At ZippyJamz, we pride ourselves on our customer service and building long-term partnerships with our retailers. All our products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee, when sold by approved sellers.
To achieve a fair and equal platform for everyone, all our customers must abide by MAP pricing both in store and online. Retailers are not permitted to sell ZippyJamz products on marketplace platforms including, but not limited to: Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Jet.

MAP Adherence
We strictly manage MAP Pricing. If a customer breaks MAP Price, we will contact them and give them the opportunity to rectify the pricing. Repeated MAP violations will result in removal from our customer list.

Amazon
We are not accepting any new Amazon resellers. By signing up to use the ZippyJamz portal, you agree that your company will NOT sell ZippyJamz on any Amazon platform.

Ordering Terms & Conditions
● Minimum order quantity is $500.00
● Accounts with outstanding invoices will have future orders placed on hold until payment is received.

Shipping
● Our warehouse facility uses Canada Post, DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS. Shipping charges are calculated at time of order based upon total product value. Orders over $1,000.00 receive free shipping

Payment
● Payment methods: Credit Card (preferred), wire transfer and PayPal (2% surcharge applies)

● All new customer orders are Payment before shipment terms for the first two orders. When your order is ready to ship an invoice will be sent and payment required before shipping.

● With accounts in good standing, net payment terms can be applied.

Returns
● All ZippyJamz sleepers are backed by our manufacturer’s guarantee to be free from materials and workmanship defects for 90 days after customer’s purchase. For all defective items, we will replace the item or provide a refund.
● We do not provide refunds based on change of mind or poor customer choice. If there are any sizing issues, please refer the customer to us and we can assist them directly with fit and sizing advice.
● In the event of a product return, a RMA form will be supplied and credit or exchange will be arranged after proof of purchase from the customer is provided to ZippyJamz.
